 "I first hired this company to do a make-ready on a house that needed to be prepared for sale. In addition to painting, wood replacement, he had to re-sheetrock an entire room and all that came with that job. Painting, general repairs, carpentry. He is an skilled craftsman who has the ability to find solutions to difficult problems and is self-motivated. He is on time, cleans up after himself and I would hire him again for any needed reparis. We have used Thomas Home Repair and Construction For a number of jobs. Their work is excellent and raises the bar for all other firms doing similar work in the area. Their prices do not reflect the premium work they accomplish. I have had a number of health problems that have required my wife and me to find a professional yet cost effective way to complete many of the jobs I can no longer finish in our 30 year old home. We also found Pete very creative in designing specialty stairs ramps and other items needed for me to easily move around or home. They have done jobs ranging from safety stairs to our above ground pool, reinforcing our 20' X 12' awning and securing the corners of our home from nature's pests plus many, many more.
