Pete Collignon worked on various projects on our house. Pete does an excellent job. He completed several projects for us including framing (square and plumb) drywall tape and bed, texturing to match existing texture, painting, crown molding and redoing our back patio with a new door and windows. Pete is honest, charges a fair price, and does wonderful work.  His carpentry work is top-notch. He restored our kitchen cabinets to new after they were damaged by a previous contractor.  He finished a build-out of a new cabinet for a new oven/microwave combination and both looked liked they had always been there. Pete also brought in quality subcontractors to install tile and hardwood floors.

Pete is a good communicator and pleasant to work with which helps make the project a success. He makes sure he understands what you want done, that it is done to the customer's satisfaction and redoes something if it is not. If a problem arises, he makes sure to let you know about it before proceeding further. Pete is very knowledgeable about construction. He has given us good tips when doing some of our own work.

We would highly recommend Pete without hesitation to anyone doing remodeling work.

Pete and Chris with Thomas Home Repair and Remodeling have done outstanding jobs for me.  
 I cannot say enough about the quality of their workmanship.  They do above and beyond what any home remodeling crews have done for me.  They are both perfectionists and take great pride in their crafts.  They always tell me that if I am not satisfied they will do whatever it takes to make me satisfied and so far I have been completely satisfied with their work.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my new patio cover.  It has a heavy duty cover that allows light to come through, but blocks the harmful rays and much of the sunlight.  It has withstood rain, hail, strong winds, and heavy snowstorms.  The wood is beautiful and they have added perfect touches that are not seen in other patio covers.  It is sturdy and extremely well built.  
 Pete is a master craftsman when it comes to custom cabinetry.  He worked with me to design furniture in my kitchen as well as a computer desk.  Everyone who has seen my pieces have remarked on how beautiful they are and well built.  If anyone is interested in having something done of quality, Pete and Chris can do it.  They are so easy to work with and I have the highest regard for them and their work.
